Did you order the wrong size or did our shoes not fully meet your expectations? No worries! You can return your order for free within 30 days by following the instructions below:

 1) Report your return to our logistics partner GLS

Go to our return portal and fill in your order number, name, address and return reason.  

Download the return label and print it.

Put the shoes – including labels and shoe box - in a box. This may be a different box than the one in which you received the package. Seal the package and put the return label on it.

As soon as we have received your return and it complies with our refund policy, you will be refunded!
